We just developed a new, groundbreaking RC bit design that significantly enhances hole cleaning and overall drilling speed. By deepening the channel ways and side exhausting, the new design can efficiently flush more air over the bit face, resulting in more recovery and an accurate down hole sample at the surface - all while drilling at a considerably quicker rate.
Currently, our RC Hammer Drilling and bit line can drill holes ranging in diameter from 3'' to 10'' (76- 254 mm), with more designs in the works. All RC products, like our conventional range, deliver exceptional performance and dependability in demanding drilling applications across the world.

In contrast to diamond drilling, RC Hammer Drilling gathers rock cuttings as opposed to rock core. The primary drilling mechanism typically involves a pneumatic reciprocating piston referred to as a hammer, which, in turn, propels a tungsten-steel drill bit designed specifically for crushing hard rock.
The hammer is employed to extract rock samples, and these samples are propelled through the machine using compressed air. As air is directed down the annulus (ring-shaped structure) of the rod, the resulting pressure shift initiates a reverse circulation, elevating the cuttings up the inner tube.
